Cool my Citibank cash reward got 19k points, meant can reback $40 sgd on $1913 of my purchase.

Ordered from T&L Qoo10 since 26th Sept til now shows invalid CN. But my friend ordered from T&L 11street since 27th Sept yesterday shows PickUp by courier in PJ. 😢
