Apple does not simply hike their product. So I expect Xs 64 priced rm4857. And 5565 will be minimum price for 64gb Xs Max. Oh well at tat price point I might just get Xs too.. Not really keen on the huge screen. But yeah u get the wow factor since xs max is bigger and ppl may not notice u using xs unless u get the gold color. But I can say I love the new gold color.. Just looks tad classier

You still can only fit a single sim card even though it is dual. Once esim is fully operator supported in all countries u will truly wonder why there is even a need for two physical slot in the past.

Esim would actually enhance telco swapping, to the point of even making it instantaneous. Think of it like how u would buy a movie ticket these days. It is going to be like swapping ur telco without ever going to a counter. This feature implementation is more on the hardware/OS side. So it is more power to phone manufacturers actually.

Nah, let's say if u r a frequent flyer to say country B, the phone would automatically detect it and instantly switch it to ur previous telco from country B. Absolute. Zero. Hassle.

my cost for an iphone x at launch in singapore was

RM5.4k +RM 300 lost for fake Courts Advertisement (refund lost due to currency devaluation) + Park at orchard road RM20 + Mcdonalds meals for three RM50 + toll and ERP ~ RM70 and at that time currency was S$1 = RM3.1, his pricing for 3.2 was reasonable I would say.

And not to forget the experienced I had during the purchased with 100% check over my car at the border, and i was detained for 30 minutes and need to give urine at the narcotics unit for giving the real reason on why i went to Singapore and I said, i came here just to buy an iPhone which was not satisfied by a young rookie narcotic officer.

That's the way Apple rolls. To be honest, there's been not much excitement since they revealed the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 4 before that. Every other iPhone released has been small, incremental updates in spite of the bombastic words they use during the keynotes

iPhone X has been discontinued and retailers are now clearing their stocks at 4,299 and 4,999 for the 64GB and 256GB respectively. It'll probably be sold out by the time the Xs reaches, but you're right, there's no compelling reason to upgrade from the X to the Xs.
Exactly, and to be fair, I think we've reached the point whereby there's only so much you can do for a new phone unless you want something gimmicky like a slide out camera? The Note 9 was in many ways also a very small upgrade over the Note 8 and yet I don't see Samsung getting as much flak as Apple. Probably also due to the ridiculous price Apple charges to maximize their profit, as you rightly put it.
