if it's under mall you don't have to worry. since it says under warranty by Panasonic Malaysia, i think you will have better luck claiming warranty by going to their service centre (which is what Shopee and the seller likely gonna tell u anyway).

I'd guess the limitation is there to prevent scalping? As is famous with PGCs...??

Nope... seller just said will refund the one that he didnt send. But if he refund the amount after coins deduction, then i'll rugi the coins spent on the purchase.

I faced this issue before. Seller refund me using IBG. I keep the coins, he keep his rating.

Good morning.
This morning trying to checkout cart and make payment using my brother's cc, turned out failed. After I keyed in the OTP then click Authenticate, the gateway returned message "Server Error". Never happened to me like this before.
Is this new rule imposed by the mighty Shopee? Can't use siblings credit card to buy things?

1. system down (bank side / shopee gateway side)
2. card blocked by shopee (although unlikely)
3. your account blocked


just try again with the same card. if still same, try another card from another bank.
