Last time available only in Klang Valley. I check it again, now available in Kedah, Penang, Malacca and others. It likely spreads to all Petronas station accordingly.

The description on Shopee Petronas misleaded me. I thought it was available in 1 month.

Once, I saw a fella queue for Setel. Now I release he is asking for counter help.

Still, I prefer PGC. I can't imagine if there is no mobile line at fuel station. Then Setel app is malfunction.

I'm using the website, lots of items have the green free shipping icon but I have to pay for shipping even though I'm over the threshold?

Is the RM19 orange bar thing the only real indicator for free shipping?

Edit: nvm found it, have to go to the shopping voucher page to manually claim the normal free shipping vouchers

Not required... Even though the Shopee system might pre-select a shipping voucher for you, deselect it first and carry on. It's a voucher, no physical shipping required. See images below for sample purchase & delivery info (Notifications). Do ignore the coins cannot be redeemed message. I maxed out earlier today. Coins can be redeemed just like PGCs.

Yes, it auto-detects if you are already in the station and or chooses the one closest to your current location. You confirm the station and pump number. Choose either pump a specific amount or the full tank option. Servers speak with each other and the pump you specified is unlocked and ready to dispense fuel. After pumping, just replace the nozzle back and the pump alerts the servers (subsequently the Setel app too). If you've added your Mesra card earlier in the app, points will be awarded to it and voila.. Like "Magic".. You drive away.

Of course, no mobile data and or app/server issues would be it's con. However, server disruptions could also happen with PGCs.. Has happened to me several times. What do you do? Whip out you CC or go pay cash at counter.

Referring to Setel.

You need free shipping voucher RM40, not RM19.

It is unavailable cause by unsupported address, though Setel begin works in my area Petronas station.

Mind sharing your area so others around there are aware. Although, as discussed earlier.. more and more Petronas stations are being supported. I guess it’s only a matter of time. Hopefully before year end, all Petronas stations will be supported.

On another note, I’ve already feedback to em to increase the wallet size (pending BNM approval). So we might be getting that. For now? Float funds only.

I have the same problem, if I choose my Kuching address, it is unsupported; if I choose my KL address, it is supported.

Anyway the order will not be physically delivered to the address.

For those staying in Kuching, I just checked the Setel App, the Setel can now be used at Batu Kawa (MJC), Petrajaya and Metrocity.
