I tried applying the free shipping voucher but in the end still didnt see any reduction in shipping fee. Am I missing something?

Yes, extra free shipping voucher, but valid only from 16 Jan 12AM to 2AM, with lowered minimum purchase.

Edit, maybe any existing free shipping voucher you have will have lowered minimum purchase from 12AM to 2AM, but not extra free shipping voucher you can get.

Are you able to claim them now? Tried several times but they still don't show up in my voucher!

I realized that I was not able to claim the free shipping voucher, because I have claimed before this month.
Maybe there is no "extra" free shipping voucher just for 16 Jan 12AM to 2AM, just the ordinary 2 free shipping voucher, but I believe any free shipping you have now will have lowered minimum purchase on 12AM to 2AM tomorrow.

Can claim 15% voucher only.

OK, same here then.. It's really confusing they mentioned 'here's a bonus - we are giving you 2 complimentary free shipping vouchers' 👎👎👎

The T&C is worse - can use 1 free shipping per day, Max 5 free shipping check out per week while we merely get 4 free shipping vouchers monthly!

Using CC? IF yes, try diff bank. Usually the bigger banks [maybank,cimb] will be unable to receive TAC

i've tried cimb and bank islam from 12-12.30 cannot, tried again at 1.10am can pay
