Now can use? Charged twice but system showed pending payment. I cancelled the order. Hope won't be charged.

I actually clicked Pay button twice and checked with credit card company and transaction goes through but status of order is still to pay. Tried to contact lube agent but got the status no agent available.

So what can I do now to reverse the charge, at least one of the payment and change the status of the order?

Phewww.. Sellers' voucher are more important.. Then came Shopper's 60-10, 150-30.. Both sides utilised and went through. Firstly wanted to use min1-11s but got feeling that most folks are fighting over them, chances of vouchers from both sides going thru successfully are low, so changed my strategy. Phewww..

based on my experience, if 'double' pay, shopee will only collect one payment, the other one will be reversed. but they shouldn't put that banner that says it will be processed soon.

But will the order status change to ship in this case?

that's on shopee side, if 'successfully' paid then definitely.

Because for my case... i paid and my cc app showed payment done but sjopee status still show as "to pay"

Then i pay again and this time went through and now to ship status...
I screenshot the cc app also capturing same amount twice from my notification menu...

most of the time, merchant has up to 10 days to collect the payment. if not, it will be 'reversed'. sometimes it wun even be posted in ur cc transactions later on.

Damn shopee, my order at 12am payment stuck, 12pm also stuck, just now check, cancelled, now shop vc gone, waste my time, stupid shopee

Same, 12am order cancelled after payment stuck, sms say my card charged, but status still "To Pay".
