contacted CS and asked to fill a form. seems like many duplicate payments till they need to do that.

This time Shopee really fucuk kao kao... they screw up and they expect customer to fill up form to claim back? 🙄 somemore i buy a few items at one time and so i need to submit a few order ID for 1 single charge to my credit card... haiyo.... really too much this time.. so those who forgot to check statement how? Shopee makan? What the heck!

Before the notice about auto refund... there is also a notice ask us to fill up a form... to me that is not really good customer service. They screw up and now they expect customer to track their own orders and fill up .. what the heck... but now if auto refund then good la... Got double charged and both made it to my statement for 11/11 order... Should I just wait for a week and see if one of the charges get refunded to my credit card?
