Want to buy HDD from SEAGATE SHopee.

But the voucher code is not listed as INVALID eventhough the voucher says valid until 26 23:59

Had a bad shopping experience @ Shopee.

So I ask for refund and the refund got auto approved.

After that I tried to rate the seller, but cannot anymore?

Why so crummy shouldn't we rate the experience after everything is done?

I ordered stuff from China and received it.

Whole package only one items out of 6 received and it i spoilt on arrival
other items missing & one items receive i didnt' order.

The seller approve the refund. request for whole refund. Luckily it is free shipping.

What's the seller gameplan?

It looks like a package deliberately sent without care and expecting a request for refund. But the seller got 4.7 stars average.
