mayb they dint even mean to sell the voucher at that low price (rm 17 leh which mean 66% off )... just salah tekan some button and accidentally sell the RM50 voucher with only RM 17... XD

put out the offer like this...and then cancel ppl orders without any reason...

then i guess next time ppl can use this kind of scam to trick customers come to their shop and then tell them "sry ya, we salah put the ads"....lol....

Actually for me is bcoz of the Shopee x MBB cc problem...

Its kinda stupid...ask ppl to sign up the credit card bcoz can get more rewards like x5 coins...but the free shipping voucher is only for shopeepay...lol...even if we use the card to top up shopeepay wallet, maybank also wont gv us any reward/coins since its ewallet...so i really dun see the logic inside this...😂😂🤔🤔😓😓

Anyone knw what should i do ya?
I buy this shell voucher at shopee and tried to redeem it on 2Jun2021
But failed, bcoz the voucher that shopee sold to me in shell system was only valid till 30 May 2021 eventot in shopee app show that the valid date was 3 jun 2021

I had chat with their CS twice
First， cs dint wanna do anything, just copy paste some script and then ask me to settle this with shell 🙃🙃🤡

2nd, cs send an email to me and ask for the screenshot of the voucher and then ask me to wait 3 working days...but its almost 2 weeks...they still dont give me any update....so what should i do ya?😓😓😔

But they dint even mention it😓😓
I dun think this explanation is accptable....if they show the valid date is only till 30 may...then i would have use it alrdy....but they show til 3 jun....
