guys, what happens if we cancel order for items before we pay?
i have some item in my pending payment section that I feel like I want to cancel. but not sure if there is a penalty.

So the payment gateway is stable now?
Maybank asked me to wait for 7 days for the money to be refunded and cancelled by the merchant, but I still wanna get my stuff.

guys, i tried to purchase a few items from a seller just now. i saw those items either listed as free shipping or free shipping above RM35. i made a purchase of more than 50 bucks and when i proceed to checkout, i found out that there will be shipping fee for my purchases. anybody experience this before?

Yes. That's how Shopee does Free Shipping. In the App, the free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. And you can only use the voucher once a day, unless it's a special occasion like 11.11.

I bought some tapes from Shopee Seller . Turns out the tapes were not as specified in terms of LENGHTH .

I clicked REFUND / RETURN and Seller accepted but says RETURN STOCK to them
