For the fan? It was seller eMart 28%-2800coins + Mall 15%-1200 coins vouchers. I didn't realise until I stumbled across it while searching for the fan.

Yeah, my bro-in-law is an electrician, he checked for me and said it weren't the capacitors. But can't remember if he said that it was the motor. Anyway I'm staying clear of Alpha brands now.

I usually buy from Preferred sellers so have no problem being able to use the voucher in Jan. But the main attraction for me was the RM5 discount voucher. Pay RM2.25 get RM5 discount.

hi, having this issue also. 20% coin cashback suddenly becomes invalid. tried clear cache, uninstall and reinstall app but still invalid. contacted cs but they say first-come-first-serve. any advice/thoughts?

Yes the voucher is limited by number of actual redemptions, not grabs. They should change the wording from "used up" to "fully redeemed" for those who grabbed but haven't used it yet as the redemption quota is met

There is a seller that is holding of the shipment, either he will ship out at the last day or just let it auto-cancel. But if he does ship out at the last day, can I decline to receive the delivery from the courier guy? And then how to initiate return/refund?

I'm not sure what are referral vouchers. But for typical publicly available vouchers, many can claim but limited redemptions and as for the reset, some types they do some types they don't, seemingly with no set schedule/timing.

Nothing wrong with shipping out on the last day. If you don't want the product, you can request for cancellation now before he ships. A return will need a good reason. If seller declines then the reason needs to be good enough for Shopee to side with you.

Also I think auto-cancellation is currently suspended. I've had a few items which went past their ship out date and even extended ship out date and were not auto cancelled. These are the bigger big company sellers and at least one normal preferred seller.

The problem is, I asked him before ordering on when he can ship out. I requested to cancel but was rejected.

if you are just wanna screw around with the seller after he ship out then u bettee think twice.

once changed to shipping, if you want cancel you actually need the seller approval and not shopee. if seller dispute then be prepare to record video to explain why you want to cancel it. shopee wil be the judge.

seller themselves also need to provide proof that they shipped the item. the whole procedure is going to take days because the shopee cs that taking care of the dispute will only reply once every day.

even eventually you won, your money still get stuck few days before reflect on your shopeepay or credit card.

been there, done that. but that time is because seller screwing with me with e-code. he didnt want to provide me. the code instead ask me to give him my acc so that he can topup there. scammer seller also took long enougj for shopee to clear the dispute and the seller clearly screwing with me.

The item is not expensive, so money is not the issue here. I have reported the shop but I doubt it will have any effect. It is still not shipped out. So not just waiting to see if he will eventually ship out or the system will auto-cancel.

Not much you can do now but wait. Hopefully he'll just let it auto-cancel and this ends there. Sometimes I do ask sellers to ship out asap but I leave it at that. Up to them whether they actually do. If a seller says he can ship out tomorrow but doesn't, it's just a broken promise. Shopee CS won't do anything about that.

One problem with a majority of sellers on Shopee is that they don't have the stock on hand. So you order, they order and if the item is not sent to them quickly, you also have to wait.

why shopee cheat? voucher 88% say use at 12pm but when i use it says FULLY REDEEMED. wasting my time only. anyone else got cheated also?

Not cheat. its limited quantity.

Claimed voucher does not guarantee u can use it if u slow. voucher given out is more than allowed usage eg 10K users can claim the voucher but only can use 1K vouchers so 9K slowpoke lose.
