apps caches problem, mine is the same, the moment you used the voucher it is still valid, and the time to check out it is used out, and you try to buy another things and the voucher same to valid again. Close and restart the shopee apps will clear the caches problem.
hi, having this issue also. 20% coin cashback suddenly becomes invalid. tried clear cache, uninstall and reinstall app but still invalid. contacted cs but they say first-come-first-serve. any advice/thoughts?
