8% min RM300 capped at 2600 coins (23 June)

12% min RM120 capped at 1600 coins but this is for Mall sellers (22 June)

There was another one yesterday 24 June, 10% min RM180 capped at 2000 coins

i failed both on 9am and 12pm. can people checkout before those time ? even when i click checkout at exacly 9am and 12pm still fully redeemed for 50% cashback capped at 800

today i manage to get those 12 am and 12 pm slot

it's all about luck i guess

keep trying again and again

i guess this month campaign is till 7.7

so daily they will release these 50% voucher

I managed to get both 9am and 12pm, less than 10 seconds to exercise the voucher and complete the payment.

Maybe your clock is a few seconds late, try a few rounds then adjust your timing.

Well, the 2600 coins voucher already expired but I guess you can try to wait for vouchers released for Home sale (29 June) and Electronics (04 July). Have you checked out all the vouchers released today for different categories? Another coins cashback day is coming up on 02 July.

I managed to used the voucher 12am and 12pm, previously had no luck at all. Just keep trying! Select the items you wanna buy and get ready to check out..

I just requested for refund/return for a missing item from a seller, the seller promised to send me the missing item days ago but never get back to me despite of my multiple attempts to contact them. No tracking no provided so now I prefer refund instead.

However, there's this instruction asking me to return the items. I just want partially refund, can this be done? What about the coins that I am supposed to earn from other items I received? Do I have to get Shopee to credit me the coins manually?

from my understanding

it's return and refund

since there's missing item

you have to return all of it to the seller

no...you will not get the cashback coins that being applied during order

because you need to return all those item to the seller

my advice

better to return it to seller

you wouldn't lose anything except those cashback coins

there will be another opportunity with different seller (far more trustworthy)

and another opportunity to get much higher value of those cashback coins

p/s:

seller KPI is effected if many of their order are being return

yes , u can get partially refund, and still got shopee coin reward from other item.

here is my own experience , i order 4 item, only come with 3 item, then i request refund for missing item only, i did not need to ship back other item. and i get refund for the missing item.

not necessarily for return and refund, it depends on buyer to offer and seller to accept or not.
Since he requested partial refund so i guess seller want the item returned for him/her to claim from supplier i guess.

no choice but to accept no refund or return for refund.

as for coins used or coins back, it will also be reversed accordingly.
