How to redeem 20% standard chartered rebate on shopee for tomorrow?

i just chat with shopee cs, they tell me to apply refund which i just did.
so u got to wait how long till confirm its lost forever ?

Anyone bought anything from china recently? Mine ugreen cable has been stuck at the shenzen sorting center since 29/4. Normally ugreen delivery quite fast.

Ordered a few items from ugreen during mco and all arrived faster than expected in these times.

You are not the only one having this prob. For my case, the seller sent out my item very quickly fm China. It reached Msia on 18 April and has been there ever since..

Yes, Shopee Express. I did send them an email, but it took them 2 weeks to reply with some nonsense formatted reply. Also tried calling before i give up......no one will pick up the phone, if you can ever get through. In the end i hit the Return/Refund button.

any shopee spy here? pls fix this. quite annoying..

Haha... same here. The stupid thing is, I tried to select all using the select all button and then deselect all. But the stupid thing keep randomly select other thing even after I deselected all.

Guess that I'll have to wait till near the expected delivery date expire before request refund.

I think its a bug and not a feature.

I think cannot already... I also can't add mine. But my saved bigpay still can use.
