New Member Junior Member 18 posts Joined: Oct 2008	Hi guys, any idea hows petict working environment now days?management good? Worklife balance? High workload? Everyday go back late .etc? Is it a recommended working place? I got a contract position with basic benefits compared to my current company permanent position. The only petict pros are salary increment and career growth. Not sure is it worth to jump unless working environment is good
