yes but why?

it's good to filter out those really bad customers first. so, m2u automation is used.

but there will be false positive rejection if user is near borderline status. so it get rejected as well. definitely the rule-based logic used is not extensive to cover infinite permutations of users out there.

whilst the automation helps in filtering users, it's not flawless either. still, smaller % will be processed manually, either upon request or some housekeeping by maybank.

exclusion can be few ways:

by merchant description: boost, grabpay, bigpay, etc ---more accurate
by mcc --not accurate as it may exclude other merchants, unless maybank studied their list of merchants tied to a specific mcc and deemed acceptable
by merchant name -- not accurate either
or combination of any above
