Dear Valued Cardmember,

Please be informed that effective 1 September 2018, an annual Service Tax of RM25 is applicable on all Maybank Credit and Charge Cards.

The Service Tax cannot be waived due to a regulation governed by Service Tax Act 2018.

Alternatively, Cardmembers may opt to pay the Service Tax using Maybank Points.

Please be informed that effective 22 June 2019, Instant Card Issuance (ICI) service at the respective Maybank Card Centres/Branches will be discontinued as per below:

Maybank Card Centre One Utama
Maybank Card Centre KLCC
Maybank Card Centre Garden
Maybank Card Centre KL Main
Maybank Bukit Bintang branch
Maybank JB Main branch

Card Issuance will now take up to 3 business days from the date of approval. Cards can be collected at the branch or couriered to the Cardmember’s billing address.

Maybank updated the notice again.

1) which card did you use? amex or visa/mastercard?
2) when did you spend? weekdays or weekend?
3) what did you spend?
4) how did you spend? online banking (load your bank portal to make payment)? use at physical stores? online payment (charge to card directly)

same as above, share your full May transactions (minus off personal details).

Both are similar, except that this has a different spending criteria.

2. If I make a transaction of RM60, how many TreatsPoints will I earn?
The minimum value per transaction is RM30, therefore you will be rewarded with 5 points.

7. Are payments made to Maybank internal accounts (e.g. Maybank housing loan instalments) entitled to TreatsPoints?
No. Only payments made to third party payee corporations will be entitled for TreatsPoints.

yes, but some exception. read the PDS and T&C thoroughly. not difficult to read.

your boost/shell combo, unless you already maximized 2x cashback, no point doing it anyway, unless you have other bills/topups to pay using boost.
