After I see ur post on last Saturday, I check my CCRIS n notice the same issue like urs, then I shoot an email to them, Monday the officer called me n said they r investigating n already send to CCRIS team to check.. Wednesday I check my eCCRIS, it is removed and ytd they call me said it is resolved and updated.. quite efficient I would said.. or maybe that’s time they submit CCRIS report and my complaint come just in time for them to check and remove

"Please be informed that the cash back will be rewarded based on the posting date and not the transaction date. Generally advisable to use the Amex card on weekend for retail charges for you to have higher chances to get rewards. Usually most of the online transaction that being performed will charged (post) at least after 2-3 days or maximum up to 7 days."

So spending using Amex on weekend doesn't fully guarantee cashback?

MBB supposed to charge me SST this month, and I requested to upgrade (dual card platinum) and it was succeeded.

I am not sure whether MBB will charge me SST for both gold and platinum card ? Anyone has experienced ? Then it will be  25 x 4 = 100

CS told me card will be cancelled automatically once new card is activated.

Why the bank need to know the reason of cancelling? They are not asking why do you want to apply credit card? That's weird.😅

Hi fruitie starry-starry, hope you don't mind me asking you some questions. Did a search and read through your earlier exchanges in the past but I am still kinda unclear about them  .

My m2c gold has an expiry date of 02/21 and I wish to apply for an upgrade to the m2c plat. If i understand you both correctly, can i attempt to apply for the upgrade anytime now and then cancel the gold card (assuming the plat is approved in early Feb), so i only get charged for SST once (or 2x since it comes with the mc/visa) on the plat?

Or is it too late to do it now? Appreciate your feedback..
