Hi folks ! I'm new to PB Credit Card . I received my QVisa and QMastercard recently (tho' I dont apply it , I just use PB for my housing loans) , I want to create the pin online , but strangely  It told me that I dont have the create card pin options , as seems I dont apply for it.

It is not that we are doing something prohibited under the terms of the campaign or run foul of any law.

If it is disallow in PBB's future campaign, so be it. Just stop reloading Big Pay using this card, as simple as that.

In short, just ignore the troll.

Seems like i don't get my cashback from partial statement. Already asked cs about it and he said no promise can get. But, how to ask exactly about it, ask cs ot email? Looks like forumer here mostly got the cashback

I just got my Quantum cards recently.

Do anyone know what is the refresh date for the cash back? Is it the beginning of the month or follow the statement date? I read their products disclosure documents but couldn't find anything relevant.

Just thinking is Boost applicable for this weekly cash back?

I know it is not applicable for cashback on online transaction for the monthly cashback.

for me, i've requested 4 cards, no issue.

however, you need to wait for the 1st full statement to generate first, then only you can dispute the previous partial statement cycle.

Yeah, already on 2nd full statement. After the 1st, asked cs about it. So recently check on 2nd statement still no cb from partial statement.

yes, need to manually request the earned cb from partial cycle. it's not automated due to billing design.

Ya, already request from cs. He said not guarantee can get but he can make a remark on it. But, I don't get the cb.

This is public bank. Honestly，I still like Maybank services compared to PBB. Out dated internet banking and their system too. My advise, head to the http://www.bnm.gov.my/. BNM always there to assist you.
Remember to cc pbb if you use email.

What he experienced is almost what I did experience when I was struggling damn hard to get MBB FCB VS.
I didn't resolve to pledging FD only.
Now, I had move on and found my new love with PBB.
