I believe the Spend Now 4 More Cashback campaign tracking must got problem now. Just retain your OTP SMS as prove of transaction timing and then attached them to the email to CS for checking. Mine already in progress, they said investigating. I have very strong evidence due to my wife transaction was same timing as me but she got the cashback but not me . Btw, all the transactions were BP top up.

I have appeal for my week 8 CB and success, but still pending on week 10 appeal whereby they gave me the week 8 CB as One Time Good Will basis which really pissed me off. I have replied to them and ask for exact time when the cashback pool being depleted in respective week. Cause from the feedback of this forum for week 10 even late until 6.51pm still got the cashback for some forumers. Hence, they need to give satisfy answer to us and not just goodwill basis!!

I suspect PB is adjusting their tracking system again since we don’t see anyone week 11 cb reported which supposed to appeared on this week Friday. Hopefully we dont need to appeal again

Great, I got my week 11 as well. My last transaction was 10/9/18 10:19am. Good to see that they fixed the issue. Was victim for past week 8,9,10 as well, but managed to claim back all the missed CB last week.

I fully support what you said. We are just follow the game rules and doing nothing wrong.
