What did you spend on, all BigPay or other merchants? For Week 15, I don't recall any reports of missing cashback for transactions done at that time.

All BigPay. The only different is this card is being used the first time. I usually swipe between VS and QM but since I've maxed both the cash back, I swipe the QV to reach the 12X usage.

12x? isn’t it 8x? anyways I swiped between 1:56 -2:14am , also all BigPay and got WK15.

With regards to the "split transaction" in PB cashback 4 more campaign, a PB customer service officer notified me that:

"In the event if you have 2 or more transactions in the same day from the same merchant, you are still eligible to take part in the campaign. Kindly ensure that these transactions are not done in a short time frame (very near to one another). "

Any idea if 5 minutes is a safe time interval in order for the system not deemed as "SPLIT TRANSACTION" ??

Historically even within same minute doesn't disqualify. As long as you wait for OTP, type, wait for pages to load etc. no need to worry.

split transaction normally happen when you swipe your card physically, eg. a car worth RM50k and you split into 5 transactions on 5 different credit cards with RM10k each
normally bank can trace the transaction is split or not with the total value of the thing you bought.
for online purchase with OTP there won't have any chance of split transaction happening...

I mean I normally top up with my other PBB cards (VS and QM) but I used QV to top up this time round to fulfill my PBB annual fees waiver for swiping 12x per year.

That’s the only different compare to other weeks. So I guess somehow my this card wasn’t “track”. Only explaination to it.

those transactions that you made, what was captured in your PBB statement? transaction date?
