100Mbps.
Max speed for VDSL2 is only 50Mbps.

It depends on my mood. I can be quite crazy, wake up and change it. However, I will check out their update within this one week before deciding.
Plus, I'm going back hometown tomorrow, will need to discuss with my sister. She is the one paying and always telling me 100Mbps is more than enough. Oh well, account is under my name but she is paying...

I think now you have a more concrete case? Since it is RM 129 for 100Mbps.

Benefits:

3. Users get one month free internet for this mess.
4. TM loses one month revenue as lesson not to mess things up.
5. TM will retain users for the next 1-2 years due to contract.
6. Customer service, TMPoint will not have to handle user complaints due to this mess.
7. This thread will have less complaints...

The main issue is that some were able to get Ruby Plus removed without any adjustment to their account, so I believe they are now paying around RM159 monthly. Problem is MCMC won’t do anything to help as I am unable to provide an account number that has this. Showing a screenshot of their account dashboard or their bill statement without account number not accepted as an evidence.

Why don't you try walking-in to any TM Point to try your luck if you haven't?
