RYE 2017 package that means yours is under contract, so you will need to pay for penalty if downgrade or cancel.

If you have TIME coverage, you should change to TIME, much cheaper and if under VDSL, you won't get Turbo-ed anyway.

I think only those got RYE 2017 much earlier are tied to new contract because we only need to pay additional RM 10 for doubled speed. The next batch needs to pay RM 20 but without contract refresh.
