Why the need to change to Bytes? We use bits most of the time, even telcos and ISPs promote their package in bits. Bytes are usually used for direct downloads, torrents.

Coming from TM, that will never happen. There are people who are still paying RM 329 for 100Mbps. They are the real victims.

RM 129 but this package won't be turbo-ed.

I signed up VIP 5 in April 2014, upgraded to VIP 10 in Dec 2014, upgraded to Advance 30 in July 2015, free upgraded to Advance 50 in Feb 2017, upgraded to Pro 100 in Dec 2017.

Still no news of Turbo 800 as of now.

What I was trying to say, sign up date doesn't affect anything.

Distance from router.

I check few times per day.

My WiFi channel is fixed and the closer I'm to the router, it shows higher in my phone. Further from router, only shows 65Mbps in my phone WiFi settings.

I'm more inclined to believe it's based on locations rather than accounts.

Not considered as same location because using different base.

Before I relocated UniFi back to Seremban last year, my UniFi used to be in PJ which is also very near to SS2. I got my TQ Free Upgrade on the first day it was rolled out.
