QUOTE(xtanks5449 @ Aug 15 2018, 03:25 PM) Anyone like me? didn't get any speed upgrade instead off getting price discount. probably price discount now + 800Mbps next June. I do received email supposing to have TURBO to 800mbps at Phase 1. FYI, my package is UNIFI Pro 100mbps RYE2017 previous is RM189.00; now drop to RM159.00 I am from Menggatal, Sabah! |

QUOTE(sharp56 @ Aug 15 2018, 05:36 PM) I am a streamyx 8mbps user. Today is already Aug 15, 2018 and I haven't received any notification of upgrade. I tried to access the online eligibility form on unifi website but it is nowhere to be found (only brought me to the home page). Status for Streamyx user is double the speed, but it all depends on your infra. If you are already on 8Mbps, then it is highly unlikely you will get an upgrade. Can anyone inform me what is the status for streamyx users? QUOTE(dragna @ Aug 15 2018, 05:41 PM) Those that gotten the upgrade - were you guys on the Thank you surprise upgrade or not prior to the turbo? Most are. Seems like they are upgrading those who have stay on contract longer than those who recently signed up.QUOTE(gedebe @ Aug 15 2018, 05:56 PM) can anyone tell me how to get the turbo upgrade, i know it is thru sms but to wait till they send it will be next election You have to wait for TM to let you know. There are two phases. First phase is Aug - Dec, second is from Jan 2019. |

QUOTE(Car_Kai @ Aug 15 2018, 05:37 PM) So this is from my dashboard. I'm still cannot check the upgrade Speed because my Unifi at my parent house at Melaka (Bukit Katil) and I'm at Kajang working. Finally see Malaccan gotten their upgrade, mine still waiting Does this indicated my Unifi already upgrade? This post has been edited by hurricane21: Aug 15 2018, 06:04 PM |

QUOTE(chocobo7779 @ Aug 15 2018, 05:22 PM) Must be the one that MGM has said before. Some people actually got a RYE upgrade or special upgrade which added a UniFi Ultimate Pack (which essentially covers all TV packages, and overlaps the current TV package). This causes some kind of double payment, as the Ultimate Pack has covered all the channels that the subscriber has (Aneka Plus/Ruby Plus/Varnam Plus). But but, I will fight for my rights. So some people can remove the redundant RM30 package, and leave the RM60 Ultimate package instead MGM is another one who got this discount too, although some people here are not so lucky, as fruitie is unable to remove the extraneous RM30 package due to it is being tied to the discount After I get my Turbo first, I don't want to jeopardise my free upgrade. I suspect now there will be differentiated pricing between ftth and vdsl
Cos when tm redesign the unifi website, the category is now called 'fibre broadband' with the fibre icon which is unifi *fibre home, unlike just unifi home previously. Then they also bracket streamyx for broadband.. Then why is 50mbps removed from the product landing page? This post has been edited by miloaisdino: Aug 15 2018, 06:53 PM |

50mbps also removed from tm api
What the hell is going on? And tm new faq say can downgrade unifi tv pack for rm10, contract 12 mths.. 11. In my unifi bill, charges for Internet and unifi TV are listed separately. Does this means I can remove my unifi TV pack? + No. unifi TV is part of unifi’s triple play service offering ie. Internet, Voice and IPTV. As such, it is inclusive and cannot be removed 1. Can I upgrade / downgrade to the unifi Home package? Yes, you are able to upgrade to the higher speed package at any time. For downgrade request, customers who request to downgrade their package within the contract period, the current contract period will be renewed to 24 months. If customers downgrade after the contract period, there is NO penalty or contract renewal. 2. Can I downgrade to unifi VIP5 / VIP10 / VIP20 / broadband packages after subscribing to the unifi Home? With the introduction of unifi Home, the previous packages i.e. unifi VIP5 / VIP10 / VIP20 will no longer available. Therefore, customers will not be able to downgrade to those packages once customers have subscribed to the unifi Home. However, if customer wishes to downgrade to broadband packages, they can do so at the nearest TMpoint outlets This post has been edited by miloaisdino: Aug 15 2018, 07:06 PM |
