Anyone like me? didn't get any speed upgrade instead off getting price discount.

I do received email supposing to have TURBO to 800mbps at Phase 1.

FYI, my package is UNIFI Pro 100mbps RYE2017 previous is RM189.00; now drop to RM159.00

with 200Mbps upload speed. Can i stream astrx to my family at hometown, sharing is caring bah.

why not rent out unifi to ur neighbour while reduce the monthly charges, since mostly cant fully ultilize 800mbps

What if your neighbours do something illegal and you are the owner of the account?

Even faster speeds help too - with 4K streaming, crazy large Windows updates and huge Steam games these days, it's good to have all the additional downstream bandwidth

It's also useful to futureproof your network too


I just don't know why people here doesn't want free speed upgrade - there's nothing wrong with a free speed upgrade. Sure some people wanted cheaper prices rather than a speed upgrade, but hey it's still a nice improvement which I can't really complain

Use mikrotik to do ip logging.

Not all people has the ability to work with a Mikrotik router like that. If normal users already have trouble handling consumer grade home networking stuff, then you shouldn't expect people to use an enterprise one like Mikrotik

Of course, they could try to learn how to use one, but people these days are unwilling to do that so....

Exactly. I also prefer cheaper price but if we have no choice for now, I will still take faster speed. Cheaper price can follow next. All can be done step by step.

I think it is quite hassle for many who are not experts in networking.

how about vpn for private browsing without getting detect?

Tried updating my iPhone apps with the new 500Mbps and it's really fast. 5GHz connection

BT with my non-5GHz laptop can probably only achieve 100-120Mbps only
