how do u know the digging is for fiber? Most of it they still pull the cable via pole.

asked the tm staff directly can get some answer if you know who to ask.
Also, cables from poles need to be connected via nearest exchange node, normally these cables are buried underground.

great, at least ur place is making progress.
Im still yet to see any progress in my area.

actually few years already since last asked for installations :x .. after lots emails, phone calls, aduan skmm, and asked people in the neighborhood to submit demand applications, finally they approved the project few months back.

still fingers crossed on when the service will be available tho.

i know that feel bro. countless complaint via MCMC everytime they close my report.
Not sure if it is coincidence, before Minister announced NFCP (National Fiberisation and Connectivity Plan), i actually wrote it to KKMM office during national day.
2 weeks later KKMM replied said they r taking action. Few days later i received a call from TM and they finally promised they will do it this time for my area, because they received direct order from MCMC.
made me curious if KKMM really did something

current skmm did some changes compared to previous administration which is a good thing tho. last time only "no planned project, not in project and so on" ..then few months back got update from tm staff said the project already been approved. tho no time frame given when it will be done, fingers crossed.

have you try to check in your neighborhood that how many apply for Unifi installation?

u may ask them to send the application so that TM know demand for Unifi in your area is high. have you get offer from TM to upgrade streamyx line to Unifi?

I feel MCMC still the same, last time before Gobin Singh force TM to lower the price for streamyx i get the same reply, every time i ask them to lower the price for streamyx if not just deploy Fiber.
But in the end they fking close my report again.
But after i received a call from TM they only said hopefully can complete by end of this year, which i really doubt if they r really that efficient.
So i request official letter from them. This is what i get.

Same as mine one, complain via MCMC keep close my report.
I straight call to MCMC, I see from the system "RESOLVED".
What means of resolved? Oh Ya~~ I until now haven't meet TM come to my place before oh..

And I don't see any unifi equipment in my house yet.
So this report auto closed after 15 days, is it?
OR which person-in-charge close this report ya? Can I direct speak to him/her?

Keep pushing and harassment them 2 times per month..

Try involves neighbors in the neighborhood if they got interest in signing up for unifi, as I did with my neighbors here and pushed for demand. Also writes to local council as well.

U can actually see the person name that close ur ticket.

This guys just never ever read my msg on the report. He just keep fking close my report. Until one point i cannot take it.
I open another report just to complaint this guy. He dont even dare to call me, until he got the news saying my area will finally deploy Unifi.
In the call he wanted to close my report as well. Which really pissed me off, U dont FKING close the report until u solve the issue!
I fking scream at him that time, i really cannot brain this person.
Until today my report remain open

There is a Primary school behind my house, and im staying in a commercial area.
Which these reasons, it is a high population area. So right now at least they said they are working on it.

if they got say already in planning..guess only just can wait..

Nothing to scream with him, because his responsible to close the report.. While our responsible is to reopen the report.
That is between his job role and our job role.

This guys closed my report 3 times within a week... the most hardworking TM staff so far
