Sorry bro I'm from Johor. Engine related usually I'll recommend Zordaq. They have several outlets you can search for. But aircond and modification probably your trusted mechanic will suffice.

Pls don't buy mitsubishi brand. These are fake as mitsubishi doesn't manufacture other brand car parts

For your info I changed mitsubishi brand suspension components and they just don't last. Within 1 year my rear upper arms all making noise, in the end have to re-do everything with additional labour charges some more. Another brand to avoid is mounting King

Hello guys, just asking I bought PE second hand and found the battery holder lock is missing. So now the battery will move around when driving and turning.

Anyone knows where can I get this, or where is selling this?

1. Years ago i went to Dori Dori to cut my IAFM butterfly valve shorter, which they claimed can prevent this issue in future. So far until now, almost 5y already my original IAFM still rocking. Also they tuned my car's paddle response, huge difference i would say, e.g. when u step 10% throttle, it's like 30%. You may pay them a visit on IAFM related issue.
Just found their post on this: https://www.facebook.com/dori.dori.auto.wor...160655532861874

2. No idea.

Might want to find in scrapyard for a small fee. Or if you know those shop that do grill, they can make one for you.

1. What Zordaq JB did to my IAFM was put something to strengthen the channel changing rod. According to their mechanic if the rod already gone case then nothing they can do. But one thing I'm sure is they way they fix it will retain the short channel long channel function of IAFM. Some shop method is making it stuck to one of the channel so no more rattling. Recently Zordaq also advocate to replace the IAFM unit to that of Iriz, so no more variable channel hence no problem. You do that by sacrificing low rpm torque thus worse FC. Yet according to them the difference is negligible.

Worst come worst, OEM IAFM is not expensive now. Can check price on Shopee/Lazada.

2. High chance is the wire from boot lock to your boot cabin bulb broke after open-close for quite some times. Can do accessories shop to check and they can fix it for you for a small fee.

Find a reliable mechanic and stick to him/her. You'll be needing mechanic more as your car get old.

If you not keen to find one, SC is the easy way out. Just you need to accept the appointment waiting time and charges.

Now timing belt, i call another SC, they say Proton no longer have Timing Belt Sets, become separate part. hmm.gif

To be honest it really depends on the workshop previously did your car mess up on honest mistake or it's downright lack of professionalism.

If it's former it's always ok to grow together with your mechanic.

By the way there's one famous belting company called Mitsuboshi. Maybe it's that one you getting from SC?
