the box is 7 years old... u got the money's worth!

can still do some simple apps.

can do playback 1080p bdmv HD audio.

but dun expect more...

interesting product... himedia ATV dongle S1.

good for those with non-androidtv 4kHDR tv's.

reviews say it has all the certification to do netflix 4khdr.

hisilicon Hi3798MV200 soc; 1(2)/8gb; android8(->9); will play bdmv, iso, etc.

on sale to dealers/wholesalers.... price $20-50?

if himedia's going ATV, a chance next box may come with ATV too..?

one is to usb port for power.

the other is the HDMI input to TV.

May I know, does native media player in HiMedia q10 pro can output all available audio such as Dolby Atmos, DTS X?

my eqpt can't do those but i am quite sure q10pro can pass thru dtsx and atmos - if your AVR&speakers have the capabilities.

a fren of mine says fine with dtsx; i think at least one person here has used it for atmos; futeko forum users positive for both audio.

what fw did u use for ur q10 pro?
My astrogo work only on free channel but paid channel is not working. Fyi, my astrogo acc is full paid package.

now using 2.1.0.

but it's been good with 2.0.8, 2.0.9 too.

use the official astrogo 8.2.4 version, not modified or cracked.

hello, I just got a used Q10 Pro.
The offline content playback quality is good.

it is with FW 2.0.9, good to update it?

u can update to the latest 2.1.0... minor bug fixes.

if new to this box, check if u have "bluray menu" apk installed and activated.

this app is necessary to get into full bluray menu mode.

i plan to factory reset it, by then i will assume all user installed apps will be deleted.
hence, any good place to get all essential apk for Q10 pro?

factory reset is good to wipe away unwanted things.

that bluray app... if it is installed, it will remain.

if it was not, then u need to install.... but check first.

u can find updates, firmwares at futeko.com.

Q5 Pro here running Atmos 5.1.2.. as for DTS X need to check back... since few media with DTS X... will try to get info for DTS X

Q10 pro can output Atmos and DTS X as required.
