US gets the QM8 as their high end model this time (more dimming zones and higher peak brightness) while EU and Asia market only get C845. There's rumors that eventually the QM8 will become C945 for the other markets

This TCL malaysia seriously not serious. Their official shopee store chat person says C835 (suppose C845) going to come this year July.
I think they did not get latest information from top management.

so far all the info we got is that it will come around end of July

if it doesn't then too bad, will have to spend my money on other brands

TCL Malaysia Website shows "New Arrivals" are X35 series, not X45 series. Maybe Malaysia market is too small.

Now only P635 & C635 is available in Malaysia market, so I believe 735 & 835 are coming soon (probably C645 as well).

TCL web page didn't change already 8 months.....

Though I must say all these reviewers they dwelt a lot into how the picture should look accurate.... which is something not many consumers tend to enjoy

I think he's okay. You do know he's getting hate from tv brands because of his critics. Besides he's showing stuffs on the video to back them up. I think the others are the one that have to butter up to the manufacturers to get tv sample every now and then. This guy bought every tv he did videos on.

That's not the main issue though. He is just a troubled person

Anyway if you want another reviewer that purchase his own tv instead of getting samples from brands, there's classy tech. But again he dwells a lot into the technicalities and that could be boring for some

Oh well, personalities wise isn't the greatest but that's not my concern anyway. I don't calibrate my tv but am interested at how the settings could affect the PQ.

Then Classy Tech could be your option. He dwells into the settings as well, and his approach is more user friendly compared to Vincent Teoh who is strictly towards director's intend / accuracy

But honestly I've learnt more from visiting AVS forum owners group compared to any youtube reviews
