TCL 75C845 SRP RM 8699
I don't think so who is willing to throw a good discount price for new launch product in Malaysia. At lease not in Malaysia.
Even RM 8699 in case of 75C845, I think it is good price for those who appreciate the premium TV of such performance. You need to pay more than double (i.e. Sammy QN95C yet without Dolby Vision + IMAX Enhanced features) if you want the similar performance or higher spec tv to compete with C845.
Dont think should be compared to QN95C.... QN85C or 90C yes
this year QN95C have a huge upgrade compared to QN95B.... 1000+ dimming zones
i've been reading reviews of TCL TVs (QM8 especially since that's a higher end model than us) on owner groups in other forums. It does what it does best for the price, but sometimes the software and processing leaves a lot to be desired. Again you are paying for what you get

i think malaysian still very brand conscious and less techie. Tcl release model priced around sony or samsung, ppl sure choose sony even spec wise is better. So probably they will prefer to fight lower range TV.
Electrical appliances to cost more as ringgit weakens
THE price of electrical appliances will increase next month due to the depreciation of the ringgit and manufacturers’ fear of an economic slump, said dealers. For a start, they said the prices of imported air-conditioners are set to increase by between 5% and 8%. https://www.themalaysianinsight.com/s/450978
Apparently TCL is not able to get their C845 SIRIM's approval (as of yesterday) in time for July released. Their next target date is now push to end August. Crack joke with them as if the delay in the SIRIM approval could probably be due to SIRIM staffs like the sample 75C845 too much that they decided to hold it longer before release it back to TCL. I am sure TCL Malaysia is eagerly to unleash their flagship C845 into Malaysia market once they had the SIRIM's approval anytime sooner. I see no reason why they would like to purposely delay introducing the C845 into our market since C845 have so many positive reviews all over EU/Asia/Australia market after released.
In the other hand, Hisense is not doing anything to get their flagship tv into Malaysia consumer market as of today. I am still waiting to see if Hisense has any plan to bring in even their last 1 - 2 years model especially their U8H series here. Hello Hisense where are you??
For those who likes bigger size tv above 75", TCL plan's for the consumer is
85C645 - Probably same time with the release with C845 98C755 - 2023 Q4
Maybe something doggy with SIRIM, like the KLIA incident.

Hisense owned Toshiba. I wouldn't find it surprising that they choose to stay in low-mid end for hisense and use toshiba brand for higher end tv since SEA Market still fans of Japanese brands.
