I will stop using lazada start today.
Ccb they 'eat' my shake voucher and not willing to revalidate back to me.
I get a rm50 shake voucher on 26 sep and because only can use on 27 sep so i put rm50 lgc on my cart.
At 12am of 27 sep, i receive an email that i had order a milo 2kg and have to make payment via 7e, and only cost rm4.5.
I direct go open my apps and found this order is using voucher and my rm50 voucher is used.
So, 9am i direct call to CS and tell them this problem and also request to cancel that order (because i cant cancel by myself), they said will take time and the voucher will revalidate to me after cancel the order.
Then i just wait and called them everyday, they just reply still investigate, the order finally auto cancelled after 2 days due to no payment capture (not CS cancel), and called them, they told me because of no payment capture they cant revalidate voucher to me.
And i keep called everyday and tell them the same story and waiting their reply, only receive email asked me provide picture of voucher and order then no more.
I keep call them, until 10 oct i request to talk with supervisor, the supervisor told me they cant revalidate the voucher is because of shake voucher is promotion voucher, if expired they cant revalidate to me and ask me wait for future promotion.
Wtf?
I just free today and already lodge a report to KPDNKK, what happend to lazada nowaday?
Just curious any other victim same with me?
Suddently got new order appear in my account?

Try report, cant let lazada like this, even taobao also, if cancel order the voucher can request from their CS.

I still very curious, nobody know my account and password also, how my account got new order auto appear?

U can say im tightwad, but if no voucher for discount, why not i just go hypermarket and buy the stuff i want, any time.

Buy online still have to wait they deliver, and stay at home else poslaju curi ur parcel, this happend to me many times, luckily my house got cctv, just show them cctv and request resend to me, now okay already, the rider will call me before send.

And if the item got problem or spoil, still need request return and wait 1-2weeks for refund.
