Kpdnkk is godsent..
That day I order bundle of 15x dolce gusto capsules and machine...came all the capsules expired...complaint to lazada they ask to return everything for full refund...I wrote back saying I'm not gonna waste my time and report to kpdnkk instead...they straight away say keep everything capsule and machine and give me full refund.. It's time lazada take responsibility on every order made and not suka hati them refund.. |

Sifu here. May I ask, i have purchased a phone and noticed that the phone battery is defective. I have a grace period to click return baxk the item. If i choose option for a new replacement instead of refund, may i know what is Lazada next action on thist. My question is
1) Wiill i get a new replacement immediate when Ninja van come n collect my defective item? If not, how long i need to wait for this. Appreciate your advice on this. TQ |
