Sifu here. May I ask, i have purchased a phone and noticed that the phone battery is defective. I have a grace period to click return baxk the item. If i choose option for a new replacement instead of refund, may i know what is Lazada next action on thist. My question is
1) Wiill i get a new replacement immediate when Ninja van come n collect my defective item? If not, how long i need to wait for this. Appreciate your advice on this. TQ
