How to change Big points account?

BP refund damn slow. 2 weeks!

Paid Maxis using BP and payment rejected. Filed for refund. Need 2 weeks.

Meanwhile still need to pay Maxis.

Getting worse.

Can't Maxis online with BP. Amount will deduct and float for about 2 weeks to 1 month.

Lazada, Zalora and Shopee cannot use. Blacklisted by merchant.

Lelong and PayPal ok.

Please note that Bigpay is not a bank issued card, hence its not accepted on LAZADA platform. At the moments, Shopee accepts debit/credit card issued in Malaysia and Singapore (bank card only) for security purposes.

BP already mentioned above. I've tried to buy using website twice. All failed.

Anyone tried reloading BP from overseas before?

I don't have access to debit card or Malaysian banks now. Only have cash and Cambodian bank account.

U can tie a foreign debit card to BP via apps. Each time u reload, it will deduct some money from the foreign DC.

For some reason, BP doesn't work with Malindo. Tried many times to purchase ticket online but failed every time.

Even CS @ BP also clueless. Malindo told me to check with them.

Purchase tickets from AA no problem and flawless.

Suddenly, Google rejected my BP card. Funds more than enough.

Error on Google side is, "Account closed. Kindly check with the bank.".

BP customer service said nothing wrong with my card. Can shop online and buy food ok. Only Google cannot use.

I deleted the card and cleared the Play Store storage and added back the card. Seems ok now. Weird.

I test transferred RM 100 from ABA Cambodia to BP via app. Damn lousy exchange rates. USD 1 = MYR 4.12 only.

Shopee refunded on the 03/04. Now already 27/04 and still not reflected. Really fucked up.

Until BP solve this missing refunds, no point reloading. CS promised to investigate and have their answers by this Wed. Will wait and see.

Meanwhile, start using GP. Not as good but it is better than nothing.

Just now received a call from a scammer. The number is 010-8549039. I normally don't receive calls on my BP number so I blocked him.

Within 5 mins, someone requested money from my BP account. I rejected the transaction and filed a report to BP CS.

BP failed payments yesterday to many online sites including Shopee and Lazada.

BP no longer appealing with new restrictions.

BP customer service is awesome.

My BP cars got scammed from a compromised PayPal account. Total 4 transactions.

PayPal reversed 3 transactions back but refused to reverse the final one. I reported the matter to BP and escalated the matter with PayPal. PayPal replied said they could not help. BP replied they will refund back the 4th transactions because evidence from my side too concrete. Just last week, I received the refund.

Since they, I terminated my PayPal account for good. Will never ever use PayPal or open another again.

Correct. WISE cannot top-up using CC. Once u top-up for the first time, next time can transfer via DuitNow.

BP is like a CC. U can top-up from account or CC. The conversion rates not too bad when going overseas. I usually buy stuff from eBay or Amazon using BP.
