Anyone has problem in top up after 12am just now? The card has reflected the transaction but bigpay still haven't top up it.

I noticed some of my transactions made longer than 10 days are still in "Pending" status. How to get them into "Settled" state?

1. shopee cannot use  - they say just accept credit cards issued by banks in malaysia and singapore

2. myeg (roadtax renewal) - cannot use - only accept credit card.

does BP works with agoda pay later option? or it only works on pay now option only?

wondering how was the exchange rate as compare to BP...

Saw from some of the posts said that if frequent withdraw the cash from BP will kena ban.

What if I have spending through the BP and also withdraw cash from BP every month, is this will kena ban?

Below is the predict scenario:

Top up from different credit card        - Use through BP  -  Withdraw cash
(RM1200+RM2500+RM2500+RM3000) -      RM1,200    - (RM3000+RM3000+RM3000)

RM6 (local) / RM10 (Overseas) charged by Bigpay for using Mastercard-Cirrus ATM facility.
No additional charge for using StanChart Malaysia 's ATMs.

RM4 charged by CIMB for using MEPS-HOUSe cross ATM networks service.

You probably already know, but just to confirm, when you type in the mobile number, is it with or without the '0' at the beginning?

I did not encounter any problem when I registered. They sent OTP via email instead of sms though.

The registration to the app is more for the tracking purposes. In case you really can't register, you still can use the BigPay card to tap, just that you won't know the details and fares of your rides.

sim 1 (travel sim with Japan internet) set as data
sim 2 (celcom) set as call & sms only
turn on roaming data (will only affect sim 1).

For unknown reason, I couldn't receive my OTP for Bigpay top up.

But OTP from other credit card doing other purchases have no problem.

I read other people have no such problem. So to be on the safe side, bring other cards also and do Top up while still home.

1 question here, I got 2 BigPay card on hand, and I only got 1 credit card, can I use my credit card to top up BP A, then unlink the creditcard, and link it and top up bp B?

Already fixed recently...

Now no issue adding BigPay card?
