well, if after 1 month still doesn't appear, then that's another issue to bring up. lol.
according to BP CS, it was sent to me (that's how i know it was sent to me right since there's no other record? haha)
they supposed to send weeks ago, but didn't. But even if my account statement on THEIR system shows there's transfer in, it doesn't matter. Because I didn't receive it in MY account and record. This is the issue i'm trying to bring up as well.

after spending a couple of days calculating few hundred of my transactions (reversal, discount, etc) on BP, i have to admit, there is indeed extra RM60 which is unaccounted for in my account 

however, it doesn't change that my gf did not do the transaction and there was no records of transactions on the user side. she is lucky that her money was 'transferred' to me instead of some random person. what solution you guys propose? get BP to admit that they transferred money without consent? or get BP to admit that they didn't do a good job in the app or excel?

It's displayed in the BP app alright but when checked in AirAsia BIG portal, it's not reflected there though.

Is BigPay ok now? my friend activated the card today n received RM10 referral rewards. I see my referral rewards shown additional 1 user activated too.. but I didn’t receive the referral reward, I check the whole list, the total activated referral is not tally with the referral rewards received. So, confirmed I didn’t receive the RM10 referral rewards from my friend who activated today n I confirm he used my referral code.

My friend try to link big point acc too, but can’t link n shown something went wrong n try again later.

haha, i think just need to make sure using apps to purchase next time, no need wasting time for the refund of RM2-RM6.

For buying tickets for overseas, i guess better stick to premier cards as got free insurance in case it happened like MH17....

those who used to keep your account at RM0 must make sure you wait until your foreign and petrol transaction become settled then only withdraw the money till RM0.
once it trigger to -ve then you are being monitored by BP and this is not a good sign if your spending is less than the withdraw total.

i think got problem on BP as well...
Try to reload with another e-wallet with BP 1st time failed, 2nd time through, 3-5th time failed...

Seems like... Boost is potentially blocking BigPay as a top up source. Which is a bit of a low blow, but that's fine. You guys can complain directly to them Meanwhile, I'll see if we can add Boost as a top-up source for BigPay haha.
