the top-up amount does appear back because the app seems to continuously checking for pending status (in the backend), which i think was the mitigation done by bigpay in the recent app update.

it works, but a little impact to the app's performance whereby loading/using of the app is somewhat sluggish.

just activated my bigpay card...
just noticed the bigpay app cannot do much things besides top up the ewallet n check balance..not even mobile prepaid top up..

Agree on all that. Most of the issues we've been facing are due to one thing and one thing only though, and that's our payment processor's capacity. We're pushing hard to scale it up proactively, rather than retroactively.

Just got back from VN (HCM) and used BP at larger restaurants. However, most places are still cash-based, so withdrawing through ATM is probably better. I noticed local ATMs around town... no need to use Maybank / CIMB.

Was in Australia for a couple of weeks. Bigpay automatically knows i'm in Australia and auto categorise my spending in Australia. In the end of my trip, the app gave me the summary of my spending.

Only a couple of bugs, it failed to pick up the first two transactions when I landed.

What is the point of loading cash into BP and then pay RM 6 to withdraw out back to pay house loan?

The idea of withdraw from BP is meant if you can reload BP using or BT (if that's even possible) and earn cash back from CC.
Also ensure that the RM 6 withdrawal fee can be covered by the above mechanism so that you won't ended up in loss.

Then one shouldn't have reload cash into BP in the first place.
Withdrawing directly from CASA is RM 1 max under MEPS vs withdrawing from BP is RM 6.

Can we transfer credit to other BigPay user? I try to search in the app I don't see the function.

My gf would be going overseas for holiday and she don't have any credit card. Thinking of applying BigPay card for her and transfer her credits as the exchange rate is competitive and don't need to bring that much cash around which is safer.

Did you mean even your BP successfully paid, if your transaction still pending in BP app, u can hit freeze button to failed all transaction?
