Unable to top up

able to add money to bigpay 1 hour ago, but unable to use bigpay to pay at tnb online and payonline since 6am this morning. anyone having the same issue?

Aiyo. Made a purchase at shopee. Transaction failed on shopee but charged into BP card. Who should I contact for this? TIA.

They can said what they want but it seems like BP don't want to release money to Boost...

just file official report to BNM, either party is suspiciously blocking the transaction whereby bigpay card is based on mastercard card scheme which should be accepted by boost.

if boost is selectively blocking bigpay/mastercard with prejudice, they are not in proper place to do so.

I wonder BNM will entertain us, coz I complaint b4 to bnm about Boost, but, they reply n ask me to deal direct with Boost..

does the big pay credit card subject to RM25 SST?

Yea, this is pretty common these days but better than being made to wait a business day to see if the money is successfully reloaded.

I have always do the exercise after 12am. Normally between 12:30am to 3:00am. So far no any problem faced during top up but this morning I encountered numerous similar problems during top up. Dunno why sudden got massive activities on BP processors during midnight. Maybe because of the AirAsia free seat promotion.

My point of view is:
1) if error happen before you key in the OTP, you won’t get any top up and the money won’t get recorded by the bank.
2) if error happen after you key in the OTP, the money will be deducted by the bank but you won’t see the top up amount in BP. But it will be reflected in due course by BP manually.
3) current new thing from BP is, the top up amount will still be reflected although get error after key in OTP. So I think this is a good effort from BP to overcome the relentless complaints during the past few weeks.
