I usually add on later. I have some planned flights which I haven't bought add on yet. So I tried to add on meals, and the total amount to be paid reduced RM2 as soon as I select BigPay.

Oh.. that must be the reason. I was trying it on the browser and didn't test it on the app. So now I know too that app doesn't work.

I have been able to get discount for add on using website since last year but there is no discount using app.

I notice that there is a change in the airasia app interface. So not sure with this new interface, which has bigpay banner on the homepage, if it can work now.

You can only use card for a minimum of RM30 purchase on board, if I remember correctly.

I have no problem topping up 2 bigpay accounts with the same credit card. So if I can still do it, then it would mean that there is no such policy. Perhaps, there is some issues or bugs with your app? You probably want to ask cs about it.

Somehow I did not encounter what you guys are experiencing. My added credit/debit cards were not removed after the app update on my Android device. Everything remains intact. I have used the same credit card to top up 2 bigpay accounts successfully in the last couple of days and today.

Should be the old interface. It was added back in June 2018 and Oct 2018.

I managed to use bigpay on lazada. Just did 3 transactions on 5 Mar and 6 Mar. I did a top up to Lazada wallet.

By the way, I was using Lazada app.

It seems like both of you were using the website. Could it be that my transactions were successful probably because I was using the app? Or maybe I did a top up to Lazada wallet for the purchases?

You may want to try that and see if it works for you guys.

As long as you want to use the card at the kiosk, you must have a minimum of RM200 (RM250 for some kiosk). RM200 will be held for few days (2-3 days) and once the transaction is settled, the balance will be released back into your account. If you do not want your RM200 to be held, then go to the counter, tell them how much you want to pump, and swipe the card there.

So far, debit cards and bigpay card cannot be used for auto-reload. Currently, only credit cards can be added for the auto-reload. As for normal reload using Bigpay, there is no issue for me. My last reload was yesterday.

I am now using bigpay for my digi auto billing. Previously I was using a credit card and I did a change via MyDigi app (when it was still the old version). So last month, digi has already started the deduction on my bigpay card.

In addition, I am also using bigpay for my Great Eastern insurance auto-debit. My agent just emailed me a form, I filled up and emailed back. That's all I had to do.

You can use BigPay card to tap in and out MRT station too. It was just launched last week. The fare will be the same discounted rate as Ezlink card fare. So you don't need to pay SGD5 to buy the Ezlink card. Just use BigPay card or any contactless Mastercard to take your train rides or bus rides. Download the SimplyGo app and add your card to get notified on your transactions.

Yes, I managed to test it out last week with BigPay and also with Samsung Pay, and both work seamlessly.

When I added my card into the SimplyGo app, S$0.10 (RM0.30) is charged for authorisation, and when I tapped in at the station for the first time, S$0.10 authorisation is charged again. However, nothing is charged yet in my card except for the authorisation S$0.10 that is still pending. I read somewhere that they will charge a lump sum later. Maybe the charges will appear in my BigPay app end of the month. For the list of rides I have made, they are all listed in the SimplyGo app.

If I remember correctly, you have to select the country code from the pulldown menu.
