Read post #01, those are the information reported for SG. Most of the bank ATM having fee on BP withdrawal. The fees charged is because of less than or more than $1k... Its by each transaction.

Hmm..I suggest you insist the change of card.
Unless BP promised to reverse the fund immediately if coming possible fraud reported, otherwise, i think its unfair to you in using your account as bait/experiment/monitor to catch the suspect. Just my opinion.

Hehe, officially contactable as stipulated office hour.
Out of office hour is a goodwill and kindness.
Customer will feel great if got help and support out of office hour.
If officially extend the office hour, no body response/slow response, get fired immediately by user.
Or may be, just may be BP is setting up the longer hour CS team and is under processing before official roll out.

Hmmm...apparently BigPay also blocking prepaid card as top up source, I have a prepaid card was used as top up source several time, but now cannot be used anymore in mid Jan, after the update of Apps upon BigPrepaid Mastercard closure. Jonathan tried to find out why but i guess no luck since no response.

Some ATM may show on the screen the fees before you confirm the withdrawal.
Example Thai BANK ATM reported by forumers previously, you may see some screen shot if you search the relevant keyword. But this doesn't mean all ATM works the same way.

sounds like recently getting more HLB ATM updated with new interface unable to dispense 4k.

Good and appreciate if those who reporting give a few tries in different time of a month to confirm that particular ATM unable dispense 4k not really because of insufficient $100 notes. Dont mind try again let us know before i stamped this update in post #01.
