And, as this spin and win game is merely a short term campaign, that's the reason I did not update in post #01. However, with former request, any info which extensively repeatedly enquired and answered, its good to post there to make all better alert. Hope all forumers would really spend bit time to make a read on first post before posting, I understand its getting longer, ctrl+F is good to find keyword in a page.

I suggest if after recent update, you encountered technical issues :
1) unable to top up with source card
2) unable to add back the removed source card or new source card

Besides of sharing in lyn to get other forumers' assistance, pls Also send a PM to BigPayJonathan or inform CS via Apps Chat with
1) screenshot showing errors covered the sensitive details
2) informing the phote models
3) other details deemed required/requested

The above would help to escalate the recents issue/bugs to be picked up my their technic team. Thanks

I think this is new patch. I have updated also 2 days ago forcely from apps. This morning saw Google store having this update, I choose to proceed to update as I have one source card unable to used as top up source many weeks back (not the recent round update and issue you guys encountering).

I just did a top up with newly added CIMB Visa.
And paid an online transaction.
All done smoothly.

Using the same model... No issue my side in topping up, except for one card.. Hmmm (CVV error)

Anyone if happen to visit Japan, try the standalone ATM machine at train station, also no further fee charged as someone claimed. But unsure the max withdrawal amount allowed.

I guess users may want to check and collectively escalate this issue to bigpoint loyalty team..although bigpoint not really worth value and effort to do so, the team have to ensure the quality of their product.. And BigPay should emphasis the concern of us to their counterpart since BigPay include bigpoint as part of the main feature of BigPay.. Its not appropriate that pushing the responsibility to other, would rather collaborate with other loyalty program if the counterpart not taking care of BP
