CIMB ATM near departure entrance / RHB foreign exchange KLIA 2 able to withdraw 3k.

Other bank atm nearby only 2k max.

Withdraw at commonwealth 3aud charge and westpac 4aud.

And i trial n error westpac choose saving the conversion is worst..

And someone here said atm withdrawal no charge beside rm10. But nver reveal which bank atm.

Will try other bank n updates here when i am free

Did u check d Max withdrawal allowed? For Commonwealth u chose withdrawal from CC?

I forgot i am withdrwing using bp... My mind keep telling me 2k is max... Coz my comm bank atm card is max 2k lol.

Rm10 +3aud (included) in withdrawl... So it might go above 2k

Never chose from saving as they will convert at their bank rate...
Luckily westpac ask for confirmation showing the conversion...

It was like 65xx for 2k withdrawal which i cancel immediately.

Today rate is much lower but sifus here say follow us time.. Lets just wait and c whats the final rate will be so next time i can get the eay how it count.

Looks like only TnG. I just reloaded for UniFi Mobile which links to ipay88 and went through smoothly. It could be TnG is blocking BP instead of ipay88? Not sure.

I've reached out to TnG eWallet on their FB platform as well. Will update you if there's any news from them.

in fact, many of use reloading bigpay using multiple card sources, i myself included.
if you worry, then just reloading using your card. simple as that.

Hi, just try to add BigPay card in iPAY88-SHOPEE MALAYSIA and making a payment for an order. Smooth and accepted.

i managed to reload just now, after updated the TNG app to the latest version.

update : tried reload another RM10 with BP, it was successful.

Does MOL type of payment block BP? I wanted to do a transaction with RedBus and it is using MOL, can enter BP and received OTP but the page didn't load. Eventually I used online banking instead, luckily it's just less than RM 7.

I have tried both the app & website as CC & DC.
All failed, most likely because it is detected as a prepaid card.

Tried to book a ticket via red bus mobile app, pay in credit card section using big pay details, 3 tries all fail (without decline transaction in bigpay app) even after correct otp, so i tried cimb lazada prepaid card, one try without fail

Have not try big pay on other transaction for today, so i have my doubt that red bus do not accept bigpay

Yea, redBus seems to be no longer accepting BigPay. Most probably due to card's status as prepaid rather than credit or debit.

Just wanna update on the Atm withdrawal at Bandar Sunway.

Only HSBC and CIMB (atm-only without RM50/RM10 label) there allows 3k withdrawals. All other banks only allows me 1.5k. Tested on Monday morning

There is one Maybank ATM at Oasis Square can withdraw RM 100 notes, so maximum withdraw in one time is RM 3,000.

Try StanChart Saadiq's ATM at The Gardens.

Still considered OK, I tried 2 times all machine last month - none allowed me to withdraw 3k. In the end, I went to Bangsar HLB and could withdraw. Guess depends when they replenish $$

Unable to withdraw RM4,000 from HLB ATM AT Mid-valley Boulevard just now. Tried for RM3,500 also unsuccessful. Ended up withdrew from SC at The Gardens which allows RM3,200 only.

well, this is not an issue at all..
whether u are able to withdraw 4K in 1 shoot depends on how many RM100 notes inside the machine, there are multiple transactions in & out on the machine in a day, so it is normal u can do it previously but not now.

BigPay Team told me RM2 add-on discount is back and tested fine. Airasia CS told me no RM2 discount if paid with BigPay.

BigPayJonathan would you please sort this out with AA asap?

just to share my experience on oversea ATM withdrawal in Taiwan. Tried on a few bank ATM. so far these without bank charges
1. Taiwan Cooperative Bank
2. Taipei Fubon Bank
3. Cathay United Bank(Usually you will see it in Family Mart)

All the 3 bank maximum withdrawal is NTD 20k

Bank with charges:
1. China Trust Bank (CTBC) ( Usually these can see in 7-eleven)

rate is surprisingly good. I got around 100NTD = RM13.55

Did the CTBC ATM prompt you that there are charges for your withdrawal?

I withdrew at Family Mart (Taishin Bank ATM) at Taichung on 6 Dec at a rate of 13.57. Interestingly, the slip showed my available balance in NT$ too - cool!

Yes, it will prompt amount they going to charge for CTBC ATM. i didn't remember how much they charge.

Withdrawn 30 Omani Riyal at Oman International Airport arrival hall, got charged RM10.

The exchange rate shown in the app is kind of weird.

RM 322.71 + RM 10 = OMR 300 (Should be OMR 30)

It's been a crazy, amazing year. Lots of ups, a few storms to weather - but honestly, what a journey. As an employee, I can confidently say it's been the most interesting year of my life from a professional perspective. I come from a banking consultancy background and I was really disgusted with some of the things and practices I saw. BigPay (and cryptocurrencies to some extent) has reignited my belief that financial services, if done right, can be extremely empowering.

We'll be sending an anniversary email, but we're also releasing a new version of the app early next week From a design perspective, it's a proper upgrade. Let me know your thoughts once you have it.

To add more details to the Oman International Airport withdrawal, it was from a HSBC ATM before exit to arrival hall.

Wow.. I seldom withdraw cash from foreign countries. Any other countries' banks charge huge withdrawal fees?

I remember someone mention using Thai mbb/cimb won’t be charge for additional withdrawal fees🤔. Can someone confirm??
