really having nightmare with BP. Thought of saving few bucks through the currency exchange but end up few k stuck with the transaction.

Story: Bought something from UK, then somehow the merchant cant fulfill the order due to the location is MY and advised that my payment has already automatically drop within 24 hours after the order failed to purchase.

Went to live chat with few BP agents and asked to wait for 7-8 days as the money will refund to my card. After being wait for 8-9 days still dont see the refund, then now the BP agent ask me to fill up the dispute form and have to wait for 60 days for investigation. This is getting really crazy.

Guess i will involve BNM to see how it goes.

IIRC somebody mentioned BigPay has problem with Masterpass at TGV.
Use the [SEARCH] to find back.

Not sure if it has been fixed/resolved.

I had attempted using BigPay with MasterPass multiple times at TGV and all failed. I ended up using another MasterCard.

same here, even remove & readd the card also failed.
instead of reload after key in my pin, it required OTP, but still failed after key in correct OTP.

on the other hand, my gf using ios can reload normally without issue using bigpay.

Urgent!! My phone is down, so how do I use my Bigpay apps on another phone? Is it as simple as transfer my SIM card to the new phone, install BP app, run the app and keyin the 6-digit pin?

My hubby's cc is block for his BigPay as he use it previously to top up my Bigpay account. Already inform BigPay on 16-03-2019 and till now cc is still not released. Very frustrating to wait so long for them to settle the issue.

I doubt that. The Reload Bonus has no correlation to the empty card phenomenon.
The stored card(s) being removed is part of the most recent security measures.
They have sent out email to notify you regarding it and asked you to re-add back.
They also forced app update and on the first few days of implementation, they remind users with a pop up alert when you launch the app.

Cant topup BP since yesterday, keep saying my cards (both credit and debit card) CVV or Expiry date is incorrect, i delete and add back the cards also cannot  (same error came out and not allow me to add), tried clear the apps data and login also same...anyone has this issue?

So I went to aeon today and sign up for aeon platinum visa card.

They mentioned its the combination of aeon big cc and aeon card.

Just want to confirm if this platinum can do online cb as well? It website and brochure and the person in charge said can la, but got me thinking. I think I been duped lol.

Exactly, even you use it immediately you won't get the display rate (5.44 instead of display rate 5.301).
This does not include rate changes from pending to complete.

The exchange rate is still quite favourable but I think BP should not "cheat" user by showing 5.301 instead of 5.44 which they are charging us actually.
