Please kindly activate the feature for getting a replacement card without hassle of using current card especially waiting for the wave replacement card.
Card can be damaged over the years such as the magnetic stripe behind and replacement of card due to natural defect shouldn't be charged for RM20 and the same case for wave function as well.
The procedure should be simple in the apps, request for card replacement and get a photo of the existing card (or police report in case stolen or lost) and reason. If the reason is not cause by human error, it shouldn't be charged for RM20.
After request submitted, new card should send over while existing card still able to use as normal.
When the replacement card arrived, activate and the existing card will be terminated.
