i dunno why do you raise this issue...
if you are overseas and wanna buy something online, you sure need OTP
the OTP is send through SMS and it doesn't consume you any data at all
if you are performing online transaction, you sure need data or wifi to do it, why you raise this issue?
the email/apps OTP is only useful for those who are offshore without any possibility to receive call/sms

Total CB RM39k with RM1k daily limit, means till 31 Dec there are 39 days of fri-sun with RM20 cap per person throughout the campaign.
Seems to be quite fair to everyone, means only 50 person per day.
i will try on next month due to this month got 5 weeks for PBB campaign, not enough to allocate the RM10k cap by BP...

nope, mine is from 4-31 July and fulfillment on Sep
i saw no CB come in on Sep and therefore report to their CS and they credit back without email me back lol~

i think at the moment no one would dare to click the upgrade button unless they change the way to upgrade to new card with wave...
they should send the card over first then only deactivate current and activate the new at the same time

this morning got some hiccup on the OTP side, normally i just airplane mode and off it then only the SMS will receive if the OTP fail to receive within 10sec.
but this morning after 4th transaction the SMS is not coming in even though i do the same action and also try to request few times again but still unable to get it...
then i just wait for around 5 minutes all the previous OTP just stormed in...
then i faster complete the other 4 transactions...
guess some problem on Umobile side...

i experienced the same scenario on few weeks ago. and i escalated the issue to maxis. they dont see any failure at their end and total SMS sent is equivalent to total SMS i received. I suspect the issues started at pb end then. but i dont think pb able to trace the issue for me.

but i think it's more on telco side as the OTP clearly shown the time stamp whereby the OTP was requested and the BP apps also shown the front four alphabet as well...
all the OTP just stormed in after 5 minutes...

Standard Chartered is the lousiest OTP system in Malaysia, i didn't even got the OTP to enter and cancel the reload to Bigpay and only got the 2nd OTP to reload and yet they charge me twice. Making dispute now.
