Search the keyword "TGV", previously forumers mentioned TGV blocked and Mod hye suggested to report to Mastercard, unsure anyone did the report and follow up.

Sounds like they are separating the remittance feature from the previously announced MasterCard Prepaid Card (as nothing mentioned in the article), its more to be built with the exiting GrabPay eWallet, still within own ecosystem....hmm BigPay must act fast to capture the regional market, otherwise our Made-In-Malaysia will have hard time Maade-In-SG. sweat.gif

The payment will go through and your account will be negative and subsequent payment will be failed.
However, previously there was a forumer informed that a big (cant remember how "big", no definition) was failed too if fund insufficient.
And, not sure if this is a loophole and if already patched up. cool2.gif

There is no bank fees as BP is not a bank.
Only withdrawal via ATM may/may not incur bank charges subject to the ATM (bank) besides of the RM10 by BP.

Ie. immediately i spend in country A, BP gave me pending rate at 4.738 (shouldn't it be 4.725!!??)
The transaction finally settled 2 days later at rate 4.744, which is almost identical to MC rate (on settlement date).
For my another 2 BP transactions, the settled rate is slightly lower compare to MC rateĀ  rclxms.gif
(of course higher than pending rate, as Euro is going up)

Comparing my 2 same amount transactions on the same day, using BP and MBB VI.
BP Eu5 = RM23.72
MBB Eu5 = RM24.29 (additional 2.4% but i do earn 5x TP for this)

As some mentioned that withdrawal via 7Bank in JPY out of office time may incur charges (abt 1.08%), I assume you are not withdrawal out of office hour. Yet, just clarify, the Apps transaction screen shot showing 9pm+ is Malaysia time, when you withdrawn if you can recall?

granted i didnt bother to check my own card because my card was use extensively for various top up, withdraw, and purchase. the only thing i check when i realized the problem is whether the money was transferred to me, however in the app it didnt.

SO, a declined transaction reauthorized without BOTH parties knowledge and without ANY entry in both party app, what you call this? i call this ninja Unauthorized charge.

John, BP is a deposit taking financial institute. I believe you guys should know a lot more on how serious it is for proper authorization to be in place on every single transaction. I received another call from Mohan and ask about my feedback and i laid the fact plain and simple, this is an unauthorizes charge, and it was made without the knowledge and consent of both parties.

To be frank, i have enough to sue, or at least make a very solid complaint against BP with BNM. My wife can just lodge a police report directly saying BP had admit on unauthorizes charges and request the money back, and i can said the money already spent and i am not a guilty party. it might stand, and it can stand given how bad it was for the system to unauthorized allow a transaction to go through without any entry. i didnt do so because i am genuinely like BP as a product and how the things in the end unfold, and how i am treated in the later part of the story. i am not usually so mercy.

today i agree to make love with you, so you think anytime anyday when you like it, you can F me? that would be considered as rape, and it consider rape even its between husband and wife. however everyday people around the world are getting raped over and over again by banks and financial institution and it is not okay. BP are the new kid in town and your specifically advertise saying BP are not like others and will not rip of their client(0% forex charges anyone?), and committed such offense. dont sugarcoat BP mistake, it is ninja charge, an unauthorized ninja charge.

Being only months old does not mean things like this can be happened. in tech start-up, you dont get years to grow mature, you get months and if you cannot stand strong enough within months, the existing big player will crush you, and the government will have no mercy as well.

I like and support BP as you do, but i agree that we still have to highlight our concern and issue encountered. And hope BP shall reconsider and do not take for granted on our mercy support. CS is the frontier to cool down frustrated customer, appreciate if the team could be kind understanding and avoid adding gasoline on flame. doh.gif
