So this is a wrongful accusation by Jonathan from BP.
He accused that it's your bank problem for not doing proper validation.

For the CVV2 verification, next time when anyone order Domino pizza (or anything that requires CVV2) online, try enter a wrong one see if it goes through or not. Then you'll know who is not verifying it.

Nowadays with One time pass, I don't think CVV2 is of much use. It's only useful for those that don't use one time pass.

Hmm just noticed BP cannot take screenshot ... Anyway I have just paid my TM bill via TM portal yesterday ...after payment, the website say success but in BP still Pending till today ...

I too noticed that can't take screenshots with the Android app.. Hope they can allows this as it's useful when one wants to share proofs.

Update:  Just received sms from TM that the Autopay payment is received.  Checked Unifi portal also updated the payment.  Bigpay app shows "settled" for the the transaction.  Hurray!

Sorry I have question to ask regarding big point. I did few transactions for flight ticket booking end of September using big pay card, each transaction points are shown in big pay apps. However, it couldn't show the total points at <My Big points>. I tried sync with airasia big account, it shows successful linked both accounts. Then it goes back to <My Big points> page, bottom showing-: something went wrong, please try again later. This message has been for months, my big account already has some points previously before I have this big pay account, still the points display in bigpay is zero till now. Thanks.

It just mentioned payment not successful, ask me to use other card.. so, since touristking also has same issue, I think we can put it to first post until someone reported they can use it for agoda.. as normally I will use amex for agoda, but since this month my amex is fully use up, I try on BigPay for first time..

My booking is using Agoda app. Payment in MYR. Bigpay card required OTP,  but payment can't go through after key in OTP. Then I changed to HLB card, payment went through without OTP.

I think this is Agoda app only problem & not the website? I made a couple reservation in Agoda before without any issue.

I made 3 transactions with BP on Agoda last weekend and it was fine and all. Could it be a temporary issue?

Successfully made a RM3k withdrawal at CRM machine in Alliance Bank HQ, Capsquare

The machine dispense RM50 and RM100 notes. I think the max should be higher than RM3k because I got 29x RM100 notes and 2x RM50 notes.

Does BigPay works for UOB PayOnline portal ?

It is possible to pay in the local currency in Agoda which I would recommend to do so.
If you are booking an accommodation overseas and the prices are shown in RM, Agoda have converted the prices into our local currency. Check out your booking email and you will realise it is actually in the local currency. 

To effect payment, change the currency setting and @checkout the system will ask you whether you wish to pay in the local currency or pay in RM. Another way is to use PayPal as already mentioned here.
I had my BP card saved in Agoda and recently transacted successfully in Agoda. (within the last 48 hours of this post)

Would caution TS to screen the feedback from the members here regarding BP usage/experience especially often members leave very sketchy information regarding how it happened. Nor TS ever ask any details in followup post from the members on how it happened. I noticed members would urge TS to update the post and viola! (e.g Card saved in system, via web/mobile app, etc) Reliability of the information posted is imperative and should not be compromised.

We're facing issues with top up, card & other functionalities shouldn't be affected.

Update: stored top up sources don't show, but you can still top up using online banking if you re-add your details and go through the procedure again.

For hsbc visa plat doesn't have this point

ocbc titanium usually gives you 0.1% cashback first, once the transaction is settled, because the card gives 0.1% unlimited to any transaction (except jompay, or there are others which i am not aware of).

the other 0.9% will be credited later once they (or their system) captured that it is a online transaction.

Doesn't affect BigPay in any way! It's a different product from a different team
