QUOTE(BigPayJonathan @ Dec 6 2018, 10:38 AM) By the way, would love to hear you guys feedback on the small UI changes we've made on the app. What do you think about the new font, the icons, the new settings page, etc. It'd be very valuable for us. Thanks! Can I suggest that on the exported Excel file some information be included as to what account the export is for?Reason being I automate import of data to my accounting system, and me and my wife's Excel exports look exactly the same. Perhaps just the worksheet name, or the first row can list down some information about which export this is. |

QUOTE(talexeh @ Dec 6 2018, 11:10 AM) The icon is a bit out-of-place though but that's just my opinion. The reason why I said so was due to the stark contrast when they're listed along with other merchants' icon in the list. Like I have a couple colourful & smaller (I think the merchant icon is slightly smaller?) icons then suddenly, the next one is a black-and-white icon with bolded lines. |

I reloaded two different BigPay accounts 1+am. One got redirect one didn't. The redirect one already reflected as of this morning, so no big problem.
The one that didn't get redirect doesn't often update, so may be the version old enough not to have problem. |

QUOTE(anwa @ Dec 27 2018, 11:51 AM) The meaning of 'credit' is almost exactly opposite to the meaning of 'prepaid'. BigPay definitely not a credit card because they do not extend credit to us. CIMB's Lazada Prepaid is also not a credit card but suspect CIMB backend simply want to reuse for some reason or other.QUOTE(fruitie @ Dec 27 2018, 04:18 PM) Potentially when you go out of app your phone may kill it in background. |

QUOTE(digidigi @ Jan 8 2019, 11:46 AM) AMEX topup is no different from any other CC topup as gov has standardised the fees. So why not sustainable? May as well say CC topup is unsustainable (which I agree, but that's not what you were saying). |

QUOTE(tohff7 @ Jan 8 2019, 03:22 PM) In the grand scheme of thing, it's part of BNM agenda to promote a cashless society. So why must big-ticket item purchase be excluded? As long as security, feature and acceptance mature, there's not stopping e-wallet from getting bigger limit eventually Cash transactions for big-ticket items are (IMO) either trying to hide trail or consumer-to-consumer transaction (selling off smartphone won at lucky draw). Don't think anyone walks into Samsung shop and pays cash for a Note 9. |

QUOTE(alexanderclz @ Jan 11 2019, 03:32 PM) The whole point of ewallets is not to have to bother about cash (and coins). And if they cycle and take turns paying, everyone's wallet more or less maintains, so no need to have to hassle of reloads etc as well (not that often anyway). |

QUOTE(monodevil @ Jan 25 2019, 08:19 AM) I think u may misunderstand.. I am. Not talking about reloading BP with whatever credit card n cashback.. I am asking specific question about spending BP cc if top up in lazada / boost (both have / are e wallet) is consider as retail / online transaction just like if we use BP cc to purchase item in lazada. What's the difference that you're calling 'normal usage'? Swiping the card is just swiping, BigPay doesn't differentiate.Reason is.. Lazada e wallet have its own cashback reward.. So instead of using BP cc direct purchase item in lazada, we will get more benefit if top up lazada wallet first and buy item via lazada wallet Unless you're paranoid because certain uncle/aunty keep saying 'use the card normally' to avoid some theoretical banning by BigPay. In that case I dunno what to say. |
