I have just changed my Spotify auto-debit to BP from MBB FCB VS. I hope no issue as I am hosting two family plans and if they don't go through my family and friends will go after me.

- you're on iOS or Android;
- if you tried to top up using debit / credit card or FPX;
- if you used a card, was it a Mastercard or a VISA.

Gais... just to update something which happened to me last week. I withdraw cash 2x end of Jan and then 2x again early Feb... about 8 days apart... and I got a call from Bigpay CS to interview me... she asking me some questions and say it is BNM requirement. What I can remember is she ask me if any of the cards used are foreign card... and also ask me my personal details such as NRIC and also my current job ...

And of course ask me about my recent withdrawal ... so I told the CS actually I only withdraw 2x a month recently but perhaps it was done(timing) very close to each other. Phew...  so just a sharing and perhaps need to arrange the cash withdrawal frequency further apart instead of within 7-8 days apart...

Anyone else kena this?

Coz at 5x TP, the % return is quite worth it when it comes to air ticket redemption.

for e.g 70k Enrich miles for KUL-London return economy (cash fare around RM3000)

70k Enrich miles = 315k TP (4500 TP = 1000 miles). With 5x, the required spending is RM63,000 (4.7% return)

Business class (RM15-18k) will be more worth it. 200k miles = 900k TP = RM180k spending (at 5x). Close to 10% return

Of course, each to its own. Some prefer CB, some prefer to get points.

My last topup was 11+pm last night and was still ok. Only this morning 4am after updated my app and trying to topup that I noticed the new merchant description and suspected some changes took place.

Is bigpay down?

I tried using iOS login but still cannot receive OTP.
Then I tried using android and it said “we can’t seem to reach you. check your connnection”

scary coz unable to freeze card immediately if touch wood the card missing or some one from other end dont know how managed to withdraw my money out and the BP unable notify me immediately as their apps is down! I dont opt of pay wave feature to this card due to its unreliability from time to time, because their CS is giving us hard time to answer our calls. and they only reply my email after 2 days. Yeah, all these _ _ _ _ links together, it can be paranoid if huge amount money still stuck inside

BP is not a licensed bank, why use "Challenging banking", want to get warning from BNM?

You mean, you have a crystal ball what can tell you when BP is going to have their next update so it wouldn't crash with your travel plan? You sure? Or BP send you email prior to your travel?

Or are you saying Top Up can only be done when you are at home? You serious?

Same issue with lazada again. Unable to proceed with payment if card save in Lazada. Delete card and re enter the card, transation went through. BP please buck up. If people can't use your cards at online shopping place, eventually no one will use your cards.

Talking about Agoda payment by BigPay.
Do we need TAC when booking Agoda through BigPay ??

Reason being, i will out of country for 3 weeks and by the time I will book an accommodation through Agoda, I afraid that every single booking need to enter TAC.

If straight away book it would be great. All this while I just booked it with my Maybank Amex with no TAC required, not sure it workable for BigPay, anyone experienced ??

yesterday went to hlb branch to withdraw rm4000 as usual, found out the atm machines with new interface. end up go back to maybank for rm3000 per withdraw.
